By relaxing we do everything better.
Bringing your awareness to your breath is a great way to start noticing.
Being gentle with ourselves is always a good idea.
There is no right way of eating for everyone.
Our symptoms and cravings are our body trying to talk to us.
Eating shouldn’t leave you feeling tired and groggy or wired and buzzy.
Food shouldn’t make you feel bad about yourself.
Our emotions have so much to tell us.
Feeling good is within your reach.
Eating is a pleasurable, sensual and nurturing experience.
Listening to your body is a practice.
Food that works for your body leaves you feeling enlivened and balanced.
Food that really nourishes you leaves you feeling good.
Food is not the only thing that nourishes us.
Journeying into our core is always worth it.
